Is Catalina Crunch Keto Friendly?
In this product review, I’m going to give Catalina Crunch keto friendly ratings, see how it compares to similar keto friendly products, and give you my recommendation. Catalina Crunch Keto Friendly Conclusion
Catalina Crunch vs Low Karb Granola
I know it’s right on the front of the bag, but I don’t think Catalina Crunch is particularly keto friendly. It’s just too low in fat in addition to being a bit too high in carbs for me to recommend. A few keto friendlier alternatives I would suggest are splashing some unsweeted vanilla Milkadamia over some Low Karb granola, Stoka Bar Cereal, or HighKey mini cookies for a Cookie Crisp experience.
