Two Good Yogurt Keto Friendly Conclusion
Two Good Yogurt vs Rebel Creamery Ice Cream
Two Good Yogurt is a low fat product that I don’t think is particularly keto friendly. It’s 99% skim milk and water, and because it’s low in fat, 15% of it’s total calories come from net carbs, most of which is sugar. Compare that to Rebel Creamery ice cream, which is a dessert with nearly 4x less total calories from net carbohydrates as Two Good yogurt, and its first ingredient is cream instead of skim milk.
