Are Atlas Bars Keto Friendly?

Atlas Bars vs Keto Bars
Atlas Bars are not very keto friendly, despite their keto targeted marketing efforts. These “keto friendly” bars sit between 16-17% of total calories from net carbs, which is 4x higher than Keto Bars. If you’re looking for a meal-replacement or snack bar, I’d recommend Keto Bars instead. If you’re really just looking for an ultra-low carb dessert, I’d recommend ChocoPerfection chocolate.
